What are your tasks as a glass transport driver?
We are looking for a glass transport driver to transport glass in Benelux and Germany. This position is based in Heiden (Germany), about 20 km from Winterswijk (Gelderland). Glass is transported with an articulated lorry and truck-mounted forklift. Glass is distributed from our client Scheuten Glass’s factory in Heiden to glass dealers, construction sites and renovation projects. The glass is packed on transport racks and unloaded using the truck-mounted forklift.This position involves day trips, with possible overnight stays in consultation.
Job requirements
- CE driving licence:
- Certification for the truck-mounted forklift is an advantage;
- Code 95;
- High degree of independence;
- Flexible attitude;
- Willing to stay overnight (in consultation).
